So my psicologist recomend me have a more healthy alimentation and do excercise. Im not very constant in that kind of things but Im tryiing to get better. I will share with u whats happening in my try
Talking to my close people I found that I don't do activities to release stress, anger and sadness. So I ended up getting interested in boxing, since I often feel like punching someone (I always restrain myself, of course).

So I bought these gorgeous gloves and made my own punching bag.

I was right, every punch feels so well and I has been 3 days without anxiety!!!
