The posts without direct topic

Yesterday I found out a little what Jisei is.
Jisei is an old Japanese tradition of writing poetry on the deathbed. This work is to be about the acceptance of death and a summary of the life lived. While writing such a poem, the word death is avoided and replaced with more poetic expressions, e.g. falling leaves. However, in the history of Jisei, there were creators who directly spoke the word death.

I was interested in this topic and I decided to buy the book "Japanese Death Poems" edited by Yoel Hoffmann.
I want to share my discoveries in the future.

However, I have a question for you. Do you know anything more about it? Share in the comment.

Thank you!
