Site Updates

Major improvements to live streams over the past month. We are now delivering a record number of high quality streams to all devices, both desktop and mobile.
Since Flash support was discontinued, Models that were streaming using Flash were automatically switched to WebRTC which is resulting in better performance and quality.

MFC Share "Not For Sale" Albums Now you can set certain MFC Share Albums as "Not For Sale" or you can set a date and have it available only until a certain date at which point it will become Not For Sale, and will show a countdown.

MFC Mail Sorting Now you can sort each column of your MFC Mail and quickly find all MFC Mails from a particular user.

MFC Streaming Updates Lots of improvements in WebRTC and OBS streaming and improved streaming quality for Members!

WebRTC Streaming Improvements

Local Servers for WebRTC. Now your WebRTC streams will also automatically go to the server closest to you, same as the update for OBS a week ago. This means that your WebRTC streams will support a higher quality bitrate and be less likely to disconnect. If you are still using Flash, please select WebRTC in your ModelWeb settings and try it out! 💚

OBS Local Servers. Now when you stream using the new OBS system, your stream will automatically go to the server closest to you. We currently have the following OBS servers in the following regions: US West Coast, US East Coast, Europe West, Europe East, South America, Australia and Asia. This will give you a higher quality stream with lower latency. How to stream using OBS.
The old OBS Stream Key and Stream URLs are no longer being accepted so please update them.
Low-Latency HLS is live for Members and they can select it in their feed settings, along with normal HLS and WebRTC. This allows Members to watch your stream in the highest quality with the least amount of latency. After some additional testing and improvements, we will make this the default option for viewers.
Flash has been completely removed for viewing streams since our new streaming options are much better!
MFC Share Following. To make things simpler, now if a Member has ever Friended or Bookmarked you on MFC, they will automatically be Following you on MFC Share without having to do that separately each time. This will significantly increase the number of Followers you will have on MFC Share.

Site Updates

The new OBS system is live and working extremely well. Don't forget to update your Stream Key and Stream URL.
We will be rolling out Low-Latency HLS as an option for Members this week, which will bring the best video stream quality together with the lowest latency.
The short maintenance last night should be the final fix for the instability issues around midnight MFC time.
New version of App.MyFreeCams.com for members is live, thanks for your feedback!

Last month, the number of different Models that earned Tokens on MyFreeCams and MFC Share was the highest in the history of MFC. Thank you for all of your support! 💚

OBS now supports Privates and Group Shows!

Our new OBS system is live!

Your Stream Key and Server URL have been updated. Please login to ModelWeb to retrieve your new Stream Key and Server URL and update your OBS Profile with it before starting your stream.
OBS now supports Private Shows and Group Shows!
Now you have only one Stream Key that works for Public, Private, Group, and Club Shows and you do not have to change it.

Site Updates

Over the last few weeks, we have made major improvements to our chat infrastructure which means there will be significantly less downtime in the future.
Big video streaming updates. In the next few days we will start testing "Low-Latency HLS" which will be the default streaming option for most users as it brings together the stable stream of HLS with the low latency of WebRTC.
We fixed the "Audio out of Sync" issue on some MFC Share Recordings. We are working to fix all the existing Recordings.
We are currently testing our new OBS system which will conveniently integrate Private Shows, Group Shows, and Club Shows. It will be rolled out this coming week.
The MFC Share Explore page has been updated to be faster and offer more content.
Our mobile web-app App.MyFreeCams.com has a new look!

Site Updates

Recordings now have their own section on the MFC Share Explore Page where Members can browse the top viewed Recordings.
Significant improvements for Members using the Mobile site, including a new full screen video design for chat rooms and PMs.

Event Updates

MFC Social is postponed and we will keep you updated as soon as we have the new dates.
Exxxotica has postponed their Chicago show, and other 2020 shows may be postponed as well. We will keep you updated.

MFC Share Updates

Models now have the option to allow Members to leave Anonymous comments on their Albums.
Members can now buy and Gift Club Memberships to other members - they receive a voucher for it in their MFC Mail.

P.S. The Miami Exxxotica event which was scheduled for Sep 11-13 will be postponed and we'll let you know the new dates when we have them.

MFC Share Updates

Tip Menus are now separate from Polls. Members will see your Tip Menus when you are broadcasting on MyFreeCams!
Fill out your Calendar with your special events can plan ahead and be reminded to watch your streams.
Tip Wars has been renamed to Contests. Please give us feedback how how this feature can be more useful for you!

We are continuing to make significant improvements on our server infrastructure and live stream quality and we are excited to roll out more updates in the coming weeks! 💚

Site Updates

Your MFC Share Public Show Recordings can now be up to 12 hours instead of being cut off automatically after 6 hours.
Now you can easily Mass-Edit your Show Recordings and make them available in a Club that you can offer to your Members.
The MFC Mobile site now offers users layout options that work well on small smartphones as well as large tablets.
When a model is streaming using WebRTC, Mobile users can now join Group Shows as well as Private Shows.
MFC Share Live is much better now and works well if you want to do a casual stream from your mobile device!

Exxxotica has posted new dates for their 4 events coming up this year, we will let you know if anything changes.

- ~~Exxxotica Chicago - Oct 9-11~~ Postponed
- Exxxotica New Jersey - Oct 23-25 (will likely be postponed)
- Exxxotica Washington DC - Dec 11-13
~~MFC Social~~ ~~is still scheduled for Sep 28-Oct 1~~. Although all the rooms were booked, we do expect some rooms to become available due to the rescheduling, so if you complete your Goal please e-mail us to be put on the wait list. 💚

MFC Share Model Updates

On your Edit Clubs page you can now Mass Add/Remove your Albums.
You can now Enable Night Mode / Dark Theme in your Account drop down.
When Members Follow you on MFC Share, you will automatically be added to their Friends list on MFC! 💚

MFC Share Updates - Pinned Things and User Lookup

Now you can Pin things to the top of your MFC Share Profile. This is similar to Featuring Albums except you can do it with anything including Items, Clubs, Goals, etc.
Now in your MFC Share Menu there is a link called User Lookup which will show you what content a particular Member already has access to. This can be useful if you want to send them content that they don't have yet.

MFC Streaming Updates - Lower Latency and Group Shows on Mobile

Over the past week have improved latency for all broadcasting methods, especially for OBS.
If you are broadcasting using WebRTC, Group Shows are now available for Members on the Mobile Site.
Privates and Groups coming soon to OBS!

MFC Share Updates - Sales and Story Links

Now you can run Sales on your all or part of your MFC Share content! Simply create a discount Code and then in your Code Settings mark the Sale checkbox and it will automatically start the sale. You can run multiple Sales at once and it will automatically choose the best deal for the Member.
Now you can Add Links to your Stories so when a Member is watching your story they can easily click on a link you've added. More detailed click stats coming soon too!

MFC Streaming Updates - Private Shows on Mobile

If you're broadcasting using the WebRTC broadcasting method, users are now be able to request a Private Show even if they are on their phone on the mobile site. Group Show support coming soon, and then support for other broadcasting methods after that.
We are continuing to improve the streaming experience for both Models and Members with new technical improvements daily.

Your Share profile now shows your MFC Stream History over the last 60 days so Members can easily see what time you're usually online. You can turn off this feature any time.

Now you can add multiple Albums into a single Voucher!
Now you can create Vouchers for your show Recordings. (OBS streams can be recorded to your MFC Share now too!)

Video Streaming Updates We're continuing to make improvements to the WebRTC video feeds on the site. For Members having issues, we've added a Settings selector where they can switch to an "HLS" feed that will have 2-3 seconds more latency but will offer a smoother stream for the time being. Our goal is to offer the best possible video streaming experience and we're looking forward to rolling out additional major updates in the coming days.

Note: This coming Tuesday morning, Feb 18, 8AM Pacific/MFC Time, MFC will be down for maintenance for approximately 90 minutes.

MFC Share Updates

MFC Share Profiles now have a new layout that looks cleaner and easier to navigate.
To improve performance for users, Video Headers have been removed from Profiles and replaced with static image headers, similar to Twitter. Please upload an image header for your profile at your convenience.
Stories have been revamped. You now have one main Story with updates lasting 24 hours. Other "Stories" have been moved to become Highlights.
The Calendar feature has been improved and now offers a Monthly View and List View for users.
MFC Share Live continues to get better! Try streaming from your phone by clicking "Go Live" at the top of your MFC Share.
