When lifting weights do I need a belt support or is that only for professionals?

Anyone can use a belt when lifting weights while a belt stabilise the spine and the surrounding muscles. So, you have less risk injuries and strains. I use it sometimes when I do squats. I hope to help you

Yes, you can do it if your training schedule is not very hard, but for me is more safe and right to do run 1 day after the weight lifting

I think in hot vegetable oil is more safe way for the cooking but to grill maybe is more healthy way, but I am not sure, enjoy this tasty sea trout with fresh lemon yummy

The morning usually I eat eggs or toast with cheese and tomatoes. My lunch is chicken with vegetables or rice and sometimes pork with potatoes. But sometimes I prefer a fresh fish like salmon with tomatoes and onions in the oven. I try to eat foods with protein. Sometimes when I want sweet like crazy I eat apples or/and bananas and so I stop my desire for sweets eating fresh healthy fruits. My dinner usually is salads, chicken and healthy snacks. Once a week I eat a sweet, but not more!
