Yes. 
It's difficult to do this job without putting some of your heart into it. I've gotten to know some people very personally. Some people have become my best friends. Sometimes the friendships went well and sometimes I decided pulling away and  unfriending is the best choice for all involved. 

Now I try to bring a "healing" nature to cam. Instead of forcing a flirty kind of attitude, or forcing a quick buck--I try to make it a simple room that is easy to be in with soothing music, lights and a hint of mysticism. The money flows easier when you come from a place of light and healing through love. 

Some of my best FRIENDS in the world were formed through MFC... that's the truth. 
That being said, MFC is a getaway. 
A fantasyland.
A means to an end for both parties. 
A show. 
Entertainment.
There's a certain part of the performer you are allowed to see. 
The user typically falls for THAT projected character.
Both user and entertainer were drawn to this societal outlyer for a reason. 

.....in short...no. 

MFC is good for trying to gathering a broken heart back together. 
It's good for finding comfort and relating to others. 
MFC is a tool a user can use for healing...and self discovery.
It should not be used as a crutch replacement for a bigger underlying issue that the user refuses to work on, but that is often the case with the typical MFC user. 

At least......that's what I think about this...on this particular day....at 32 and having 7 years of camming experience.. 😅
