Umm honestly no I don't think so. I have had boyfriends in my life who have both cut & uncut & no dear you cannot tell, it doesn't feel any worse or better either way, both ways are fine & feel good for a woman as long as you are attentive to her needs/desires. I just personally prefer it to not have the skin, because there was a guy I dated years ago who was uncircumsized and he didn't clean it very well & it wasn't very cool to say the least.
