I have an "on prep" and a "non on prep" mentality. I am more flexible when I am not competing, but I certainly try to stick with a healthy diet year-round. It has become second nature at this point.

Personally I'm not a fan of it, and I don't recommend it to my clients. It does however work for some people, it is just not the method I prefer.
